Support Subscriptions

  • Our support is mainly email based. We try to resolve issues promptly and quickly over email for users in any part of the world.
  • In case an issue requires interactive support, we usually get this done over an online meeting arranged by the user.
  • Support subscriptions are not essential for usage of the products. The products are free for download and use.
  • For systems in a production environment we request that a support subscription is considered prior to or within a few weeks after placing the system in a production environment.
  • We many not be able to accomdate a support subscription for a new system after months of production use.
